 ■四种预置的灭菌模式，分别针对固体类样品、液体类样品和琼脂：

 ■Self-induction interlocking device: Automatically inducts the pressure within the cavity of the sterilizer and locks the handle and cavity cover in order to prevent steam from jetting out and injuring people due to improper operation.
 ■Over temperature protection system: The system performs real-time monitoring on the temperature changes within the cavity of the sterilizer and conducts immediate power-off protection in case of over high temperature or abnormal temperature changes.
 ■Boil dry protection: The system performs real-time monitoring on the water level within the cavity of the sterilizer and conducts immediate power-off protection in case of over low water level.
■Over pressure protection: ZEALWAY adopts a double pressure protection system, which consists of safety valve and over pressure protection system. The system performs real-time monitoring on the pressure changes within the cavity of the sterilizer and conducts immediate pressure-releasing or power-off protection in case of over high pressure.
 ■Cavity cover checking system: The system automatically checks the situation of cavity cover. The sterilizer will fail to start if the cavity cover has not been properly locked.
 ■Electric leakage production: The system conducts immediate power-off protection in case of electric leakage in order to protect the operator from being injured by electric leakage.
 ■Over current and short circuit protection: The system conducts immediate power-off protection in case of over current or short circuit.
 ■Scald protection: The nice-looking cavity cover and panel surface are made of thermal-insulation plastics to avoid scalding; the unique steam discharging and collecting system can avoid the danger of burns caused by steam.
 ■Automatic failure-inspection system: The system performs automatic inspection upon startup. There will be sound alarm with fault code displayed in case of failure of instrument during the operation.

 The new generation of ZEALWAY “SMART II” high-speed microcomputer control system has been improved based on the “SMART I” to realize a completely automatic control over the whole procedure, namely, heating – sterilization – heat preservation - steam discharge, and ensure a more accurate and better repetitiveness of the sterilization process. “SMART II” high-speed microcomputer control system also has the following features:
 ■Four pre-set sterilization modes designed respectively for solid sample, liquid sample and agar:
Solid mode: Heating→sterilizing→steam discharging
Liquid mode1: Heating→sterilizing→steam discharging→warming;
Liquid mode 2: Heating→sterilizing→steam discharging
Agar mode: Melting→warming
 ■Memory system: The user can set his own sterilization parameters and create up to 60 programs (including 4 basic programs), which can be called out for use at any time.
 ■Agar treatment capability: It can perform heating, melting and heat preserving processes on agar or perform pre-heating for the sterilizer cavity.
 ■Saturated steam monitoring: The system performs automatic monitoring over the cold air discharge to ensure a pure steam sterilization environment for optimal sterilization effect.
 ■Automatic discharging feature (optional): After the sterilization process is completed, different options to meet the requirements of various samples are available, including no-discharge/full discharge/slight discharge. 
   ■Auto startup feature: Preset a schedule program to allow the sterilizer automatically starts up on the preset time.

 ■Memory system: The user can set his own sterilization parameters and create up to 20 programs (including 2 basic programs), which can be called out for use at any time.
 ■Agar treatment capability: It can perform heating, melting and heat preserving processes on agar or perform pre-heating for the sterilizer cavity.
 ■Saturated steam monitoring: The system performs automatic monitoring over the cold air discharge to ensure a pure steam sterilization environment for optimal sterilization effect.
 ■Button adjusting: The steam discharging speed can be adjusted through the button.

Easy Operation: The whole sterilization process can be easily controlled through pressing-looking-listening.

■ The latest sterilization procedure stored in the memory will be displayed automatically when the instrument starts up. Press “Start” to begin working;
■Press “Up” or “Down” to select the preset sterilization procedure and press “Start” to begin working.
■Direct set the temperature, time and other parameters, press “Start” to begin working.
